Every week on Tuesday join us for a community practice
Together we will be guided through a gentle holistic practice beginning with 20 minutes of breathwork, 20 minutes of yoga, and concluding with 20 minutes of meditation.
These accessible but potent practices are rooted in Tibetan Meditation and Yoga techniques from the Sowa Rigpa Tradition.
Accessible for all bodies and levels of practice or experience.
Yoga mat & meditation cushion recommended but not required
